RETURN & REFUND POLICY

You can return products within 7 days of delivery. 

Eligibility

  1. The return request is made within 7 days of the order placement.
  2. The product is in its original packaging and must be unopened, unused and the shrink wrap should be intact.
  3. We do not offer returns on bulk orders. (Orders above 5 quantities are counted as a bulk)

How to Return a product? 
1. Email us at orders@chalkandchuckles.com with the name of the product you are returning, your order number, and the reason for your return.
2.To return your product, you should mail your product to: Chalk and Chuckles Products Pvt. Ltd. 327 Sector 53, Phase 3 EPIP Industrial Estate, HSIIDC, Kundli, Haryana-131028 India

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are refundable only in case of pre-approval on a case-to-case basis. If you wish for us to arrange a pick up of the product, we can arrange the pick up through our trusted delivery partner. Chalk and Chuckles may choose to deduct the cost of return shipping from the refund amount, depending upon the nature of such request. 

3. We will refund your account (less return shipping fees) once your return has been delivered to our warehouse. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect on your bank statement or credit card account.

Refund Policy

  • Refund will be processed only in case of successful order cancellation. In case the request for order cancellation is approved, we can provide a refund within 7 days from the date of approval.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit/debit card or the payment method account used at the time of purchase.  
  • If the item is already shipped, any refund will be processed only on receipt of the physical item for which return has been initiated.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email within 7 working days to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Damages and Issues

Exceptions/ Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards or sale items (unless damaged). 

Exchanges (If applicable)
1. Missing items: We accept exchanges only if there are items missing from the box. If you wish to exchange your product, please send us an email at orders@chalkandchuckles.com 

2. Quality and Product Information: We are committed to producing high-quality products and providing accurate product information, including dimensions, how to play and learning outcomes. To ensure customer satisfaction, we kindly request that you carefully review all product details before placing your order. Exchanges or returns based on personal preference, such as dislike of the product, theme, ease or difficulty or subjective quality assessments, cannot be accepted. We kindly request our customers to thoroughly review all details provided before placing an order or reach out to us if you need any clarity, we’re happy to help! 

Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your order by mailing us at orders@chalkandchuckles.com or contact us on +91 966 777 2395. However, if the product has already been shipped then we will require you to reimburse us for the shipping cost.

Payment Policy
Currently, we accept all valid debit cards, credit cards, wallets, and net banking. Additionally, we also offer cash on delivery at an extra cost of Rs. 100
